All orders will dispatch from our headquarters
within 24 hours after the order is made excluding Saturday and Sunday.
Deliveries to European Union are made on a DDP
(Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and
duties will be included in the product price. Deliveries to rest of the world
are made on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that duties and
taxes are not included in the product prices displayed.
SIZE EXCHANGE
If you need to exchange a product for a size misfit follow the next steps:
- Send us a message with your order number and preferred size using
the returns page or fill the return form in your account
- We will inform you about size availability
- We will reserve the product for you
- You will send us back the product by regular post within 14 days
after purchase
- We will receive the product and send you the preferred size
